Financial Reporting Coordinator

FINANCIAL REPORTING COORDINATOR | SWORDS | MAT LEAVE CONTRACT |

Our client, located in Swords is searching for a Financial Reporting Coordinator to join their team on a Maternity Leave Contract up until May 2027.

Please note that this role is office based Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with the option to have a hybrid working schedule once established in the role. The office is located near bus networks and also has on site parking provided.

THE ROLE |

Working alongside the Financial Reporting team assisting with financial reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES |

• Process month end accruals in line with processes and policies in place
• Balance Sheet review coordination
• Preparation of Budgets, Forecasts and Monthly Forecasts
• Monitoring and analysis of results and key figures, creating comparisons for year on year figures
• Prepare detailed reports including Power BI and Sustainability reporting
• Manage and monitor the ongoing and future financial performance of the business to ensure management can optimise decision making
• Assist with Accounts Payable queries
• Assist with Internal and external audits liaising with stakeholders and customers

REQUIREMENTS |

• 2 years' experience in Financial Reporting
• Excellent communication skills at all levels across the business and with external stakeholders
• Excel advanced essential - ability to complete Excel test as part of the interview process
• Commercial & financial experience
• Financial Auditing experience
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Power BI experience
