Staffline Recruitment is looking for Despatch Operatives to work for our Client based in Pennybridge
Location: Pennypridge
Starting Rate: £12.63 per hour
Shift Pattern: 7:00am - 7:00pm or 7:00am - 5:00pm
About the Role:
We're looking for reliable and hardworking Despatch Operatives to join our team at Pennypridge. In this role, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day running of our despatch operations - ensuring goods are prepared, checked, and dispatched efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery
Checking items for accuracy and quality before dispatch
Loading and unloading vehicles safely
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Following all site safety procedures and company policies
About You:
Previous warehouse or despatch experience preferred, but not essential - full training provided
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
Physically fit and able to handle manual work
