The Client: Heath Care Trust in Dungannon

The Role:

Working as part of the Catering Team, to prepare cook and serve food and undertake cleaning duties relating to the provision of high quality catering services for patients, clients, staff and visitors to the agreed standard.

Hours of work: 35hrs per week

Essential Criteria:

• Understanding of good hygiene and health and safety practices
• Literate and numerate - must be able to read and understand written instructions, health and hygiene notices and patient menu requirements and undertake basic quantity calculations
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as a team member
• Ability to use own initiative and cope with emergencies in a calm manner
• Ability to relate easily to staff and the general public

Desirable Criteria:

• 2 years' experience in a catering operation
• CIEH Level 2 Food Safety or equivalent
• Basic keyboard skills, ability to use a cash register

In Return: £11.45 per hour
