Job Title: Cash Handler

Location: Mallusk

Contract: Full Time, 35 hour week

Duration: Potential 9 - 12 months+

Hourly Rate: £13.75

The Role

Our Client, a leading financial services organisation, requires a full time, temporary, Cash Handler to join their operation in Mallusk.

The primary function of this role will be the operating and running of a large note counting machine, ensuring that customer lodgements are processed through the machine in a timely manner and ensuring that the machine is running efficiently.

Accurately process a high volume of cash & paper based transactions, requests and enquiries in an efficient and professional manner, giving direction and clarity to customers and moving to next request in an appropriate timeframe.

Working Pattern:

Shift pattern may include some early shifts e.g. 7.00am and 3.00pm and later shifts 10.00am to 6.00pm

Pattern of work: shift pattern will be between 7.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday

Significant requirements for the role include:

• Previous experience in operating machinery is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
• Ability to meet demanding deadlines and timescales
• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to plan and organise own workflow to meet operational deadlines
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Commitment to high quality customer service
• Good PC skills including Microsoft Office
