Role Overview:

The Business Development and Production Associate will wear many hats, playing an integral role in our company's growth and success. This position will involve everything from developing delicious products and building relationships with clients. We are looking for someone enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to be part of our team as we embark on this exciting venture.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development: Assist in the preparation and production of baked goods, ensuring high-quality standards.

Customer Relations: Engage with customers providing exceptional service and developing lasting relationships.

Sales Development: Manage our in-store tastings, actively promote products, and help drive sales through personal engagement with store managers and product managers.

Client Identification: Identify potential new clients for growth and expansion within retail spaces.

Training Participation: Participate in training sessions to develop new skills and business tools.

Reporting: Basic computer skills for data entry, sales tracking, reporting and maintaining records.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Passion for baking and working in a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and clients.
• Full Driver's License.
• Competency in basic computer skills (email, word processing, spreadsheets, Google Docs).
• Willingness to undergo HACCP training and other relevant industry training.
• Open-minded and a desire to learn.
