We're looking for an Assistant Logistics Manager to play a key role in shaping and delivering efficient, safe, and customer-focused logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating a logistics team, driving safety and high performance
• Optimising processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service
• Implementing digital tools and lean practices to drive continuous improvement
• Building strong relationships with operations, sales, finance, and haulage partners
• Supporting key projects, including ERP systems upgrades (SAP)
• Managing KPIs including safety, efficiency, stock accuracy, and customer service levels

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management (manufacturing or construction materials is ideal)
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Hands-on problem solver with excellent decision-making ability
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or WCM(advantageous but not essential)
• Customer-focused, results-driven, and committed to safety & sustainability
