Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm + Sat 9am-12pm (1 in 2 Saturdays)
Pay Rate: £12.21 - £13 per hour

Staffline is recruiting a Store Man (Electrical) on behalf of our client in Armagh. This role is ideal for someone with electrical product knowledge who enjoys a mix of customer service, sales support, and warehouse work.

Key Responsibilities

• Serving customers at the trade counter and over the phone.
• Preparing, processing, and checking customer orders.
• Maintaining and replenishing stock levels.
• Handling customer queries about electrical products.
• Liaising with suppliers and using the in-house IT system.
• Cash handling, dockets, and order administration.
• Organising stock in the warehouse and assisting with deliveries.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment (H&S standards).

Essential Requirements

• Electrical product knowledge (desirable).
• Previous stock control / warehouse experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to use computer systems.
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently.
• Physically fit to undertake manual warehouse duties.

Desirable Skills

• Previous customer service or trade counter sales experience.
• Background in an electrical wholesaler, builders merchant, or hardware environment.
