Pay: £13.77-£17.21 per hour

Hours: Full-time | 12-hour rotating day and night shifts

Shift Pattern: 3 days, 3 days off, 3 nights

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is recruiting Production Technicians to join Dale Farm's modern food manufacturing facility in Cookstown.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or production experience who are looking to develop their technical skills, receive full training and work towards permanent employment.

You'll work with modern, automated production equipment, helping ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to high-quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

· Operating and monitoring automated production machinery

· Ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently

· Completing routine quality and safety checks

· Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene

· Identifying and reporting any machinery or production issues

· Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Essential requirements:

· Experience operating manufacturing equipment or computerised production systems

· Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and manufacturing procedures, including HACCP and CIP/COP

· Good communication skills and attention to detail

· Willingness to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
