Working on 12 hours shifts (8am to 8pm or 8am to 8pm), and on a conintental shift pattern, you will be required to be flully flexiable as you will be working both days & nights and over weekends

3. About the Role

The Production Operative role involves inspecting, measuring, packaging and recording production parts to customer specifications. The role would suit someone with previous manufacturing or warehousing experience who is comfortable working a 4-shift roster in a busy 24/7 manufacturing operation.

5. Key Responsibilities

• Inspect parts visually and using measuring devices, recording measurements and reporting deviations.

• Identify parts as Accept or Reject according to procedures and specifications.

• Package finished parts according to customer specifications and place them in the correct location.

• Complete daily reports including machine shot counts, scrap, cycle time and overall output.

• Check part counts by weighing parts and verifying scale accuracy.

• Support engineering and quality teams with new product introduction, trial runs and validations.

• Maintain methods, procedures and supporting documentation in line with ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 requirements.

• Maintain clean and orderly work areas and follow safety precautions and relevant PPE requirements.

6. Essential Criteria

• Eligible to work in Ireland.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment.

• Willingness to work a 4-shift roster in a busy 24/7 manufacturing operation, with flexibility to move between projects and floors and accommodate changes to working hours.

• Good verbal reasoning, numerate ability and mechanical aptitude.

• Good written and oral communication skills.
