Shift Pattern:
Monday-Thursday: 3.00pm-11.00pm
Friday: 2.00pm-9.00pm

Staffline Recruitment is recruiting Production Operatives to join the evening-shift team at Pilgrim's in Enniskillen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily food production and manufacturing activities
  • Prepare, process, pack and label products
  • Complete product and packaging quality checks
  • Follow production instructions and operating procedures
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and housekeeping
  • Identify and report product, equipment or quality issues
  • Work efficiently to achieve production targets
  • Follow all health and safety procedures
  • Wear the required protective clothing and personal protective equipment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors
  • Complete production documentation accurately where required
  • Assist across different areas of the production facility when needed

Essential Criteria

Previous experience within food production, manufacturing, packing, warehousing or a similar environment is desirable but not essential.
