Monday-Thursday: 3.00pm-11.00pm
Friday: 2.00pm-9.00pm

About the Role
Staffline Recruitment is recruiting Production Operatives to join the evening-shift team at Pilgrim's in Enniskillen.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a consistent evening-shift pattern that allows greater flexibility during the day. With immediate starts available, weekly pay and an early finish every Friday, the position may suit individuals balancing work with appointments, childcare, family commitments or other daytime responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily food production and manufacturing activities
- Prepare, process, pack and label products
- Complete product and packaging quality checks
- Follow production instructions and operating procedures
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and housekeeping
- Identify and report product, equipment or quality issues
- Work efficiently to achieve production targets
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Wear the required protective clothing and personal protective equipment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors
- Complete production documentation accurately where required
- Assist across different areas of the production facility when needed

- A reliable and punctual approach to work
- The ability to work the required evening-shift pattern
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- A strong focus on quality, safety and hygiene
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment

- The ability to complete repetitive tasks and remain standing for extended periods
Previous experience within food production, manufacturing, packing, warehousing or a similar environment is desirable but not essential.
