Hygiene Operative

Staffline Recruitment Ireland, in collaboration with our esteemed client Pilgrim`s Europe, is looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join the team as Hygiene Operatives. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at Pilgrim`s Europe facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitisation tasks throughout the Pilgrim`s facility, including production areas, equipment, and common spaces.
• Ensure all areas adhere to the required hygiene standards as per Pilgrim`s policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Safely and effectively use industrial cleaning equipment and materials.
• Properly dispose of waste products in accordance with Pilgrim`s environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest hygiene standards.
• Report any maintenance or hygiene issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to hygiene management at Pilgrim`s.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cleaning or hygiene role is preferred, but not essential.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to follow strict procedures.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work in various environments.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends, at Pilgrim`s.

Rete of pay: £13.01 p/h

Working hours and shift pattern: Monday to Friday 9pm-6am
