Key Responsibilities

* Manage warehouse operations including goods-in, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, consolidation, and dispatch
* Plan and manage workload to meet daily schedules and operational targets
* Lead, develop, and support warehouse teams including operatives, forklift drivers, goods-in staff, and supervisors
* Manage labour planning, attendance, coaching, training, and performance reviews
* Ensure compliance with health & safety policies, audits, risk assessments, and safe equipment operation
* Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and stock takes
* Coordinate with transport teams and resolve order fulfilment issues
* Support ERP/WMS systems usage, KPI reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives

Essential Criteria

* Proven experience managing a warehouse, ideally within a multi-branch retail environment
* Strong leadership experience managing warehouse teams
* Strong health & safety awareness and warehouse compliance knowledge
* Good working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
* Experience developing KPIs and operational reporting
