Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm)

About the Role

Staffline is recruiting on behalf of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive for a Joiner to work within the DLO team supporting housing maintenance in the West Belfast area. This role focuses on work related to change of tenancy properties, ensuring homes are brought up to standard for new occupants.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of joinery duties across residential properties
• Fit kitchens, internal doors, and composite doors
• Complete repairs and maintenance related to tenancy changeovers
• Undertake general carpentry and joinery tasks as required
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
• Use tools and equipment safely and in line with health & safety regulations

Candidate Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery (essential)
• 1-5 years' relevant experience
• Valid CSR card
• Good level of physical fitness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and timekeeping
• Basic IT skills desirable
