Temporary - 3 months initially (possible extension)

We are currently recruiting for Cook for an immediate start at Ballymena Wilson House Broughshane. This is a 30-hour per week position Mon-Fri.

🔹 Main Duties

• Preparing and cooking meals in line with set menus and specific dietary requirements

• Ensuring food is prepared, cooked, and presented to a high standard

• Maintaining excellent standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety

• Receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies in line with food safety regulations

• Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or issues as required

• Assisting with additional catering duties to support the overall service

🔹 Essential Criteria

• • Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
  • 6 months' industrial/commercial cooking to include baking experience
  • Knowledge of general hygiene and safe working practices
