JOB SUMMARY
The main duties of the post will be to support the senior leadership of the CCE department to prepare for the introduction of the EQUIP system.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The main duties of this post will be to support the delivery of the following...
1. Support the development of an impact assessment, listing the anticipated impacts of the introduction of EQUIP to all elements of the CCE department, those being Capital, Costing, Efficiency & Data analytics.
2. Support the development of project plan to address these potential impacts.
3. Support CCE senior staff in the delivery of this project plan, for as successful outcome.
4. Complete user acceptance testing, as required, as part of this programme of work and list non-compliances.
5. Support the wider Finance Equip readiness programme. General Management Responsibilities The post holder will promote and support effective team working, fostering a culture of openness and transparency.
6.The post holder will ensure that they take all concerns raised with them seriously and act in accordance with 'Your right to raise a concern (Whistleblowing)' policy and their professional code of conduct, where applicable.
Qualifications and / or Experience
CCAB part qualified or hold a University degree in Finance or Business and at least two years in finance role, one of which should be at band 4 or above. Or Five years' experience in a finance role, two of which should be at band 4 or above
OR
Five years' experience in a finance role, two of which should be at band 4 or above
Other
Hold a current full driving licence, which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car is essential. This criteria will be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of transport approved by the Trust which will permit them to carry out the duties of the post.
Skills / Abilities
Ability to comprehend complex financial system transactions. Ability to summarise impacts of potential change. Ability to plan a project and prioritise competing workloads, to deliver a successful project, on time.
Knowledge
Working Knowledge ot the Finance function within the Trust and an understanding of the complexities involved when changing financial systems. Ideally the candidate would also possess some knowledge of the functions performed within Capital, Costing and Efficiency department
