Warehouse Manager

Staffline in partnership with its longstanding client, is inviting application for a senior appointment of warehouse manager. Reporting to the MD, the purpose of the role will be to manage and control all warehouse operations within a chemical distribution facility, ensuring stock accuracy and delivery efficiency

Key areas of Responsibility :

• Operational Management - goods receipt,storage, picking,packing & dispatch
• Stock - Quarterly checks, discrepancies
• Transport - Ensuring haulier compliance
• Maintenance - contractors, equipment, yard
• Team Leadership - lead,train and performance manage small warehouse team

Attributes/ Requirements :

• Knowledge of dangerous goods regulations ADR/IATA/IMDG
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
• +5 years experience in warehouse management
• ERP, MS Excel proficiency
• Leadership,project and change management experience
