Location: Causeway Hospital
Working Pattern:
* 5 days out of 7
* Shifts: 7:00am-1:30pm or 1:30pm-7:00pm
Mandatory Training:
* Food Safety Level 2
* COSHH
* Fire Safety
* Manual Handling
* Food Allergens
Catering Assistant
The Catering Assistant will support the provision of a safe, high-quality catering service within an NHS hospital environment. Duties include food preparation and service to patients, staff and visitors, maintaining cleanliness of catering areas, adhering to food hygiene, allergen, COSHH and health & safety policies, and assisting with special and therapeutic diets, including dysphagia. The post holder must work in line with NHS policies, procedures and infection control standards.
