Facilities Contracts & Governance Manager - Belfast
Location: Housing Centre, Belfast
* Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
* Pay Rate / Salary: £19.32 per hour
* Contract Type: Temporary
About the Role:
The Facilities Contracts & Governance Manager will support the delivery and management of facilities supplies and services across the NIHE estate. This Facilities Contracts & Governance Manager role focuses on contract management, governance, business case development and ensuring services are delivered to agreed standards, budgets and timescales.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Workspace Services Manager in delivering supplies and services
* Provide full contract management, ensuring KPIs are in place and met
* Prepare business cases, tenders, quotations and contract documentation
* Ensure services are delivered to agreed standards and within budget
* Develop continuous improvement initiatives to maximise value for money
* Provide high levels of internal and external customer service
* Manage customer queries and complaints through to resolution
* Ensure compliance with procurement, financial and governance requirements
Essential Criteria:
* 1-5 years' relevant experience
* Advanced IT proficiency
* Ability to comply with NIHE policies, procedures and legal frameworks
* Knowledge of business continuity management and organisational resilience
* Commitment to continuous professional development and customer service
* Ability to direct and signpost issues outside the remit of the role
