We are currently recruiting a Plumber on behalf of our client, the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.

Location: DLO Coleraine

Contract Details

• Hours: 37 hours per week

• Working Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm

• Workdays: Monday to Friday

• Hourly Rate: £13.91

Role Overview

We are seeking a time-served Plumber to work within the DLO Coleraine Response Maintenance team. The successful candidate will carry out plumbing maintenance and repair work in line with required standards and health and safety regulations.

Essential Requirements

• Time-served plumber

• 1-5 years' relevant experience

• Full, valid driving licence

• Basic IT proficiency

• Access NI (Basic) clearance required

Facilities & Equipment

• Company van provided

• Health and safety equipment provided where required

Breaks

• Minimum 20-minute break, taken flexibly between 12:00pm and 2:00pm
