Staffline Recruitment are currently recruiting the exciting new role of Logistic Administrator for out client bases in Clondalkin, South Dublin.

The Role
The position is based in Baileys, Nangor Road Clondalkin. You will be required to work a 2 shift rotating pattern Monday to Thursday each week
Week 1 - 7am-4pm
Week 2 - 3pm - Midnight
During the peak periods of July to November you will be required to work Fridays whilst on the morning rotation (9 in total)
The role will involve working part of the Logistics Administrators in all areas of the Warehouse dispatch and ensure the objectives and goals of the team are achieved. Although the role is an administration role, the position involves working on the logistics floor carrying out quality checks and other data recording and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Team Leader, Line Operatives and other team members to ensure sufficient materials supplied to all areas at all times
- Consistent achievement of yield and schedule targets from own area and the Bottling Hall at acceptable quality standards.
- Full compliance with all operating standards for Quality and Safety e.g. ISO, HACCP, PPE Policy etc.
- Active prevention of line downtime or lost output due to the availability of materials or quality failures.
- Accountable for document completion, data recording and integrity of reporting in line with the requirements of Diageo's excellence in Supply Chain MOVE model e.g. C&E reporting, stock accuracy, waste, downtime, CARM, GAR etc
- Identification and implementation of improvements and active participation in team-based improvement meetings and activities
- Take part in training activities as required both as trainer and trainee.
- Carry out maintenance activities applicable to role
- Assist in selection and integration of new equipment.
- Ongoing development and updating of own skills.
- Ensure stock accuracy in the warehouse and on outgoing loads
Experience
- Familiarity with quality / GMP standards
- Computer literate and comfortable with changes to technology
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on own initiative and as part of a semi-autonomous team
