MRO Supply Chain Coordinator

My Client, a leading industrial goods distributor, seeks to hire a MRO Supply Chain Coordinator

This is a full time permanent role based on-site 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock levels for MRO items, including spare parts, consumables, and critical components.

• Issue materials, process returns, and update records in the CMMS/ERP system.

• Forecast usage and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stockouts.

• Organize the storeroom to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant storage and labelling.

• Obtain supplier quotations, raise purchase requests/orders, and track delivery status.

• Follow up on delays, shortages, or quality issues with suppliers.
• Work closely with maintenance technicians and engineers to ensure availability of parts for work orders, PMs, and planned shutdowns.

Requiremnets

• 2-3 years experience in program coordination, customer account management, or technical support roles.

• Experience working in manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments.

• Level 6 qualification (Diploma/Advanced Certificate) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
