Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Head Chef to prepare meals for residents of a Galway based healthcare facility.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to order.
  • Ensure dishes meet quality and presentation standards.
  • Keep the kitchen clean and organised.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ordering food and ensuring the best prices.
  • Liaising with healthcare staff with menu planning and specials.

Requirements:

  • Previous chef experience.
  • Understanding of cooking techniques.
  • Must have strong HACCAP knowledge and experience
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
