Team Leader

Currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Team Leader to join our client's team based in Crossmolina.

The service is an individualised service for one young man in his local community.

This would be a 50/50 split between direct in-person role and indirect / team lead duties where there will be flexibility in terms on when and where these are carried out.

Key duties:

• Work directly with the service user and three full-time staff to support daily activities, community involvement, and the individual support plan.
• Help develop person-centred strategies and goals that promote independence and quality of life.
• Keep all support-plan data updated weekly.
• Run person-centred meetings, manage resources, and communicate with families, staff, and the BCBA.
• Provide leadership, share any updates to the support plan, and deliver training when needed.
• Work with the BCBA to create and deliver ongoing training based on the service user's needs.

Essential criteria:

• Qualification in Social Care, Healthcare, or a related field (Level 5/6 or higher).
• 1-2 years' experience collaborating with people with autism and/or intellectual disabilities.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.
