Job description
Staffline is recruiting candidates to work as a Food Production Operative at our client - a leading Dairy processor - based in Ballymena - Pennybridge.
The hours available include:
- 6:30am - 6:30pm / 6:30pm -6:30am
The hourly rate is from £12.63 - £13.05 per hour
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
Your Time at Work
The responsibilities of a Food Production Operative include:
- Performing quality assurance and testing checks
- Assembling, packing and labelling the finished goods in preparation for shipment
- Cleaning the machinery and other parts of the production space
- Operating the production machinery as required, such as lifting equipment and forklift trucks
Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal Food Production Operative will have a basic understanding of English, both written and verbal, in order to communicate with other workers. They will also need to be reliable, punctual and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
No previous experience is necessary as a Production Operative/Warehouse Operative as full training will be provided.
