Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take drink and food orders accurately.

• Operate tills, handle cash and card payments, and balance transactions at the end of shifts.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar and surrounding areas.

• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed

• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.

• Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.

• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any complaints courteously.

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests.

• Process payments using cash registers or card systems accurately.

Requirements

• Bar and waiting experience.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
