Providing a first-class “Candidate Experience” is essential from the moment a candidate registers with a recruitment agency. Touch points including online applications, consultant follow up calls, the interview process, feed-back and the onboarding process will all define how the candidate feels and interacts with the agency.
If it’s a positive experience this will only enhance the agency brand, recommendations will be given. If negative, this can have detrimental effects including negative word of mouth feedback to others.
At Staffline Recruitment Ireland we care passionately about meeting our successful candidate’s needs, providing them with ‘good work’ and putting our people first. We are proud to partner with many of the world’s best known and respected brands, connecting these companies with thousands of workers. Every day, we strive to improve our service to our successful candidates.
We are delighted to lead the way in Ireland with our cutting edge recruitment tech Experience Management Programme - ‘Have Your Say’ helping us understand and improve the experience we provide, giving our workers a voice to share their opinions. This feedback helps us focus on the things which matter to them.
We are partnering with companies where our successful candidates work to share their views on areas such as people management, training, workwear and working environment. We are also acting on the feedback they give us which relates to our own communication, hiring process, accurate administration and labour planning.
Feedback is crucial to us and we will be regularly asking for their views by emailing links to Satisfaction Surveys. Our surveys are in multiple languages, take less than one minute to complete. All comments are confidential, they will only be used for the purpose of improving the service and experience.
While we would prefer to engage in person, particularly when candidates need our support, the ongoing situation with COVID-19 means this has not been possible. Ensuring that we continue stay connected with our workers is imperative to maintaining strong relationships and open communication.
Our “Have Your Say’ platform ensures our workers are happy, whilst supporting a reduced turnover of staff to our customers, ensuring satisfaction all round.
If you would like to improve your staff retention levels and connect with your team in a more effective and measured way contact our Group Marketing Director Naomh McElhatton on [email protected] or call 07824 878 430.
