The Recruitment and Employment Confederation has established a brand new forum for Comms and PR professionals working in the Recruitment Industry.
The forum's aim is to "connect" comms and PR staff working in the industry, and facilitate regular discussions on industry trends and emerging issues in the UK market. The REC outline the importance of supporting our recruitment industry professionals who have emerged as "a vital source of expert support for businesses, policy makers, and job seekers" throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
During the pandemic, it became increasingly vital to ensure that the recruitment industry maintained a clear line of communication with all its stakeholders, now more than ever Staffline upholds our commitment to being a trusted recruitment partner for some of the UK's biggest businesses and organisations.
Staffline Group is proud to announce Group Director of Marketing Naomh McElhatton as Chair of this landmark forum, which will bring together leaders in the recruitment industry to support our candidates, clients, and colleagues through an integrated approach to communication.
Speaking on her appointment, Naomh stated “This is a fantastic forum representing a wide range of sectors and localities. I am very much looking forward to hearing the different perspectives on our industry's role and reputation. It's a great way to start 2021 start and I feel very optimistic that we can use this forum to shift the dial on how we're perceived and show the country why the recruitment industry is important to people's lives. We really want to demonstrate the contribution our industry makes to the UK's economy and society”
