Warehouse EHS Officer

Staffline Recruitment Ireland are delighted to recruit for one of Irelands market leading organisations within the stationery industry. We are recruiting for the position of Warehouse EHS Officer on an initial 12 month contract with the view of a permanent placement, to work on site with our client in North Tipperary, 20 minute commute from Limerick. The Warehouse EHS Officer will be responsible for the effective coordination and execution of Compliance, Training and the Safety Management System across all site locations.

Requirements

• 3+ years' work experience in Health and Safety or Compliance role
• Diploma in Health and Safety desirable
• Experience in managing H&S in a Warehouse environment
• Experience in report writing and the development of Health and Safety documentation
• Extensive knowledge of compliance requirements and standards relevant to a Warehouse environment
• Proven ability to engage and encourage compliance with safe working procedures.
• Ability to work on own initiative and be innovative.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• High level of proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
