Team Leader - Weekend Shift

Working with our client Kerry Foods, we are looking for a team leader to join a new weekend shift which will commence in 2-3 weeks time.

You will be required to work either 6am to 6pm or 7am to 7pm, both Saturday & Sunday.

Additional hours may be available during the week if you need them.

Due to the location and shift time, it is recommended that you have your own transport.

• As part of your role, you will lead the team of up to 20 operatives in achieving all goals and targets, with a key focus on team member safety, product quality & production optimisation, by providing daily support and assistance to all team members.
• You will be part of ongoing projects teams to continuously improve processes on site, you will build relationships with internal functions that will support your team and department. You are resilient and confident and relish the opportunity to show not what you can achieve but what your team can achieve too.
• You will be an experienced manufacturing operative with a good disciplinary record and be someone who wants to get the job done but do it better every day. You will have a good understanding of customer requirements, possess strong numerical skills (the ability to record and interpret accurate data is essential and able to accurately record these details and keep them accurate.
