Quality Assurance Inspector - Pallet Release

Our Client;

A leading global manufacturer of custom designed healthcare packaging for Class II and Class III medical devices, with over 60 years in business.

Your role;

You will be responsible for ensuring that all finished goods are released for shipping to customers in accordance with the clients Quality Policy.

Main Duties & Responsibilities;

• Ensure that safe working practices are always adhered to, including wearing PPE as appropriate.
• Acquire knowledge of Health & Safety procedures, work instructions, and associated documentation.
• Perform random in-process inspection across manufacturing processes.
• Perform First Piece approval where required.
• Perform Pallet Release.
• Escalation of any other Quality Exceptions to Shift Quality Lead.
• Supports trace ability activities when required
• Manages product containment activities

Requirements;

• Academic qualifications in Mathematics & English
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with limited supervision
• Positive mental attitude and ability to perform a multitude of tasks simultaneously with a helpful, friendly attitude
• Strong organisational skills in handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously with high attention to details and a high level of accuracy.
