Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently produce and prepare food items, including cutting, chopping, mixing, labelling, and packaging, in line with daily production plans.

• Collaborate with High Care and Low Care teams to meet customer demands and maintain production flow.

• Identify and resolve production issues related to quality, shortages, or damages.

• Ensure timely dispatch of customer orders, maintaining high productivity levels.

• Accurately complete and update production paperwork.

• Participate in routine cleaning and housekeeping activities to uphold hygiene standards.

• Adhere to company safety protocols and report any hazards or unsafe equipment.
