My client are currently seeking an experienced Pressbrake Setter to join their facility. With global expertise and a local presence, this role offers an excellent opportunity for growth in a specialized field.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Pressbrake machines proficiently to produce machined parts, assemble goods, conduct quality checks, and pack items for shipment.
• Maintain a clean work area and equipment, promptly reporting malfunctions and ensuring proper maintenance.
• Check finished products for faults, label items correctly, and ensure supplies are available.
• Follow supervisor instructions, adhere to safety regulations, and stay updated on job knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and contribute to quality initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating Pressbrake machines
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
• Ability to set up and adjust machinery to produce accurate parts
• Familiarity with various materials and their properties
• Understanding of quality control processes and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and regulations
• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
• Certification or training in press brake operation and safety is a plus
