Staffline Recruitment have partnered with a leading manufacturer in the Derry area, and they're on the lookout for a dynamic, forward-thinking Manufacturing Team Leader to join their high-performing production team.

Key Duties:

  • Taking charge of shift operations, ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

  • Driving a strong safety-first culture by enforcing PPE use, H&S compliance, and contributing to safe systems of work.

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team to deliver on performance metrics while promoting continuous improvement.

  • Supporting the Shift Performance Manager with lean manufacturing practices and process optimisation.

  • Resolving production issues swiftly and escalating quality matters when needed.

  • Ensuring team communication is effective, with clear daily briefs and regular performance updates.

  • Maintaining accurate data using SAP and adjusting production schedules to align with business needs.

Essential:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within a regulated manufacturing environment.

  • Proven leadership with a track record of improving safety, quality, and performance outcomes.

  • Comfortable working rotating shift patterns in a 24/7 production setting.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent organisational and communication skills.

Desirable:

  • SAP system knowledge.

  • Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or WCOM principles
