Staffline Recruitment Ireland is seeking an experienced Logistic Project Coordinator. This is a full-time permanent role based on-site in Castletroy.

Responsibilities:
As a Logistic Project Coordinator you will be responsible for managing project tasks, improving operational processes and ensuring seamless stock and inventory management while maintaining high level of customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will be as follows:

Project & Process Management:

  • Oversee and execute project tasks assigned by the Program Manager to enhance process efficiency and deliverables;
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed within set time frames;
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Customer & Stakeholder Support:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries, project updates, and issue resolution;
  • Provide excellent customer service and explore ways to enhance the overall client experience;
  • Develop and present proposals for new opportunities and process improvements.

Problem-Solving & Operational Support:

  • Analyse challenges and implement effective solutions for both customers and internal operations;
  • Manage stock and inventory-related tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy;
  • Utilise multiple IT systems to support the on-site program and operational tasks.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to management, team members, and customers as required;
  • Maintain clear and professional communication across various projects and operational functions.

Criteria:

  • Relevant work experience in logistics;
  • Experience using software systems e.g. SAP, Microsoft Projects etc.
  • Proactive and strong communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and manage time efficiently.
