DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER | CORK | PERMANENT
Our client is looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have great management experience in a hospitality background and be fully flexible with working hours.
THE ROLE |
- Assist GM in daily operations
- Oversee Food & Beverage operations for the hotel
- Lead the team, ensuring all staff are motivated and trained
- Amazing customer service to all guests
REQUIREMENTS |
- 3+ years experience in hotel management
- Strong Food & Beverage experience
- Fluent in English
- Strong leadership qualities & experience in training staff
- Fully flexible with weekdays & weekends
