Staffline Ireland are working in partnership with Tesco, a leading multinational retailer who are seeking Customer Assistants for various locations across NI
Role: Customer Assistants
Hours: Shifts will be night shift 11pm - 8 am/10pm - 7am or twilight shift 2pm - 11pm/3pm - Midnight
Shifts: As and when required
Hourly Rate: £11.44/hr
Locations: Carrickfergus, Newtownabbey, Greater Belfast, North Down

The customer assistant role will help serve the shoppers a little better every day.

You will be responsible for:
- Replenishing products with care
- Completing routines by department
- Following company policy and adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Championing the reduction of food waste
- Being knowledgeable about the products in your department, in-store products and helping customers by giving great natural service
You will need to:
- Hold a passion for delivering great service, serving customers with a smile;
- Take the initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers;
- Work well within a team and communicate effectively and openly with others;
- Build relationships with colleagues to create a fun, inclusive working environment;
- Always be punctual and presentable to help foster a positive impression.
Customer assistants will be involved in an inclusive culture where everyone is welcome and truly feels able to be themselves. The aim is to attract and welcome a diverse range of agency workers from all walks of life to help improve and develop the team every day.
Please note that we can only accept candidates over the age of 18 if the role requires working before 6am or after 10pm or involves working in areas such as the warehouse, beers, wines & spirits, counters, bakery and driving roles.
