Accounts Administrator, Omagh/Enniskillen area

Staffline are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator based in the Omagh / Enniskillen area for a company in the construction industry.

Hours of work: Mon - Thur, 9am - 5pm (flexible hours considered also)

Salary depending on experience

Duties:

• Answering calls and emails
• Proactively managing customer requests
• Use of MS Excel to manage information for mutiple projects
• Preparation of sales invoices
• Proactive debtor management.
• Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Managing vehicle administration tasks (e.g., V5C).
• Assisting with the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.
• Completion of UK /ROI VAT returns.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of internal control systems.
• General office administration and ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in accounting software (ideally SAGE) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven experience in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial administration is essential.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Familiarity with Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT) is desirable, though not essential
