Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Mon - Thurs 8:00am - 5:00pm & Fri 8am - 2.30pm

About the Role

Staffline is recruiting an Industrial Electrician for a leading manufacturing company in Letterkenny. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a permanent hands-on role in a high-quality manufacturing environment.

Main Duties

• Assembling electrical switch-gear and associated electromechanical equipment in line with engineering drawings and production timescales
• Interpreting and working form electrical schematics, manuals, drawings and specifications
• Carrying out mechanical and electrical assembly f components for new and repeat products
• Ensuring high standards of workmanship a compliance with quality requirements in the factory and at customer sites
• Performing testing of panels, including current injection testing
• Carrying out mechanical and electrical maintenance activities, site modifications and inspections

Requirements

• City and Guilds Electrical qualification and an Engineering Apprenticeship with AM2 or equivalent
• Time served Electrician or Technician
• Experience in Electrical switch-gear manufacture or similar industrial environment
• Experience in panel wiring (PLCs, MCCs, control panels)
