Bar Manager

Our client, a well- established social club based in Douglas, Cork are looking for a new Bar Manager to take the lead of the day-to-day management of their club. It is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the smooth running of the premises, maintaining service standards and driving business growth
• Responsible for roster creation for approximately 6 staff members
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktail menu, up to date with latest market trends in the trade and familiar with food service related to onsite events
• Full knowledge of Health & Safety relating to the Licenced Trade
• Stock ordering, rotation Cash reconciliations etc.
• Event Management
  

Qualifications and skills:

• 3-5 year's experience in Bar Management
• Enthusiastic & energetic person with a friendly, outgoing personality
• Fluent in English
• Relationship building with clients and suppliers
