Location: Coalisland
Pay: £12.40 - £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time | 39 hours per week over 4 days Mon - Thurs

About the Role
We're recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of a leading global manufacturer based near Coalisland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive business that offers stability, training, and long-term career development within a modern production environment.
You'll work as part of the assembly team using both manual and power tools to build high-quality products. The role requires good attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to follow technical engineering drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble hydraulic and mechanical components on a busy production line
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
- Meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining high standards of quality
- Safely move and handle production parts within the work area
- Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures
About You
- Previous experience in mechanical or hydraulic fitting (any industry)
- Ability to read and understand technical or engineering drawings
- Experience working to strict health and safety standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, motivated, and quality-driven
