Office Administrator
At Staffline Recruitment we are working on behalf of our client who are seeking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. Based in their Co. Laois offices, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading organisation with a global reach.
Reporting to the Team Manager and working as part of a wider global team, this is a varied administration role that requires some who can autonomously in a fast passed office environment.
Key duties will include the following:
- Processing Contracts and sales agreements in keeping with strict
- Oversee all administration associated with the running of an equipment auctions
- Ensure stock inventory is accurately processed and recorded in line with company policy.
- Process payments maintain internal crm
- Obtain and record all vehicle registration
- Provide a high level of customer service to both client and customers spanning every continent, resolving all queries in a timely manner.
- Assist with global Credit Control across multiple currencies when required.
- Organise staff travel
Interested applicants will meet the following requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience working in a busy office environment.
- Strong administration skills with proficiency in Outlook, Work and Excel.
- Highly organised and conscientious.
- Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
- Strong communication skills.

This permanent position will offer a salary on the region of €35,000.
