Duration: Temporary (2-3 Months)
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £10.42 per hour for 23 years plus, with varied rates for younger applicants
NI Water, the principal water utility in Northern Ireland, is working in partnership with Staffline Recruitment Ireland to hire a Technical Advisor. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and support across various statutory and business service level agreement (SLA) targets.
You will be instrumental in:
- Responding promptly to records requests, general inquiries, and applications within specified SLAs.
- Assisting with non-technical triage processes and administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and correspondence management.
- Engaging in change management through contributing to the development and delivery of new digital platforms.
- Supporting the Developer Services team by effectively utilizing available resources.
- A minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English and Maths.
- At least two years' relevant experience in a similar role, with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence.
- Exceptional communication skills and knowledge of GIS and Rapid Software desirable.
