Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Shot Blaster to perform blasting operations on various materials, ensuring surfaces are prepared to meet the required standards. You'll play a key role in our production process, contributing to the successful completion of projects for a range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain shot blasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces.
• Ensure the proper setup of blasting machines and adjust settings for different materials.
• Inspect surfaces for consistency and quality before and after blasting.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Shot Blaster or in a similar role in an industrial or engineering setting.
• Strong understanding of surface preparation techniques and blasting equipment.
• Ability to operate various shot blasting machines and hand tools.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
