Position: Senior Key Account Executive
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (OTE £29,000 - £36,000)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (reasonable flexibility required)
Holidays: 36 days annual leave including Public Holidays

Are you an experienced account manager with a passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional client service? We are looking for a Senior Key Account Executive to join our Belfast team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Key Account Executives and overseeing the delivery of comprehensive services that ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability of our client contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Executives, ensuring they meet their performance objectives and KPIs.
  • Coordinate and allocate workstreams, ensuring alignment with recruitment campaign timelines and competing priorities.
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1 meetings and annual appraisals to support team development.

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, gaining an in-depth understanding of their business needs.
  • Work closely with the Client Relationship Business Partner to provide innovative service delivery solutions that add value.
  • Regularly review client services, assess performance, and implement improvements.
  • Manage client feedback and satisfaction surveys, ensuring timely responses and action plans.

Recruitment:

  • Lead recruitment initiatives for client roles, from sourcing to skills assessment and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with client needs and resourcing KPIs.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

Compliance and Administration:

  • Maintain accurate worker and employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee payroll processes, ensuring candidates are paid accurately and on time.
  • Ensure all operations are compliant with health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain confidentiality for both clients and candidates.
  • Meet contract SLAs, KPIs, and resourcing metrics.
  • Support branch quality audits and client ethical audits as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 1 year of direct line management experience, ideally in a recruitment environment.
  • Proven experience in account management or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and solve problems.
