Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Laois

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a friendly demeanour.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Process orders and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
  • Manage customer accounts, resolve queries, and provide exceptional service.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Contribute to team goals and collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent conversational and phone skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and a team player.
