Our client based near Dublin Airport are currently in a period of growth and with that they are searching for an experienced Quality Controller to join their team as their Quality and Facilities Coordinator on a permanent basis.

This position presents a great opportunity for a recently qualified Quality graduate or an experienced candidate with a background in Quality and Facilities administration. It offers potential for career progression, advancement, and further development with a great company in the logistics industry.

Working as part of the Support Division, the successful team member will work alongside a wide range of stakeholders supporting them with Quality and Site Facilities related duties and projects. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.


  • Responsible for leading the coordination of Quality and Facilities department specific admin duties including organising and maintaining records on internal databases.
  • Accurate and consistent documentation of all activities and recording update in relation to facilities and equipment on site
  • Point of contact for employees and managers queries about Quality Control and Facilities related queries
  • Support the development of Quality policies and programs
  • Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
  • Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation
  • In relation to Facilities, coordinate contracts with service providers
  • Coordinate routine inspections and updates and maintain all associated records


  • Qualification in Quality
  • Previous experience working in Quality Control Administration or facilities coordination role
  • Strong understanding of Quality Assurance Processes
  • Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Must possess good analytical skills and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers, colleagues, and customers in a work environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as cooperate with other departments if needed
