At Staffline Recruitment we have great opportunity available for an experienced Projects Administrator to join an established, multinational engineering company based in Dublin 24.
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the office and primarily the operations leader to manage office functions including: Work Order co-ordination, parts ordering, schedule of engineers, daily office operations, coordination of budgeting/accounting systems, maintaining office records, and providing general support services for the divisional staff.
Under the supervision of the Operations Leader, the role holder will manage all outside contractors in support of the department, including maintaining records and contracts, coordinating project activities, and providing scheduling support.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Support the entire business function of the Irish
- Assist the Service Team in all aspects of service and general admin as needed.
- Coordinate all service activities, work direction, and support
- Independently maintain and update administrative policies and
- Set up, maintain, and organize department's central files, information, filing, and
- Assist staff and customers in sourcing and ordering parts, supplies, and
- Prepare quotations and bid
- Manage invoices to
- Manage supplier and sub-contractor
- Manage the service scheduling of engineers, including receiving work request, assigning work
- Provide quotations to customers for repair
- Support and assist with the Health Safety requirements for the Irish
- Support the overall operation of the overall Irish operation as required such as:
- Hosting customers in our offices and organising
- Work on Reception as
- Assisting in marketing activities such as LinkedIn and
Interested applicants must meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience working in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate professionally, verbally, and in written form with internal and external customers
- Demonstrated customer service excellence
- A strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Responsibility for follow-up on actions based on various team projects
- High organisation and time management skills in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to perform and manage technically complex projects using independent judgment and personal initiative
- Build strong internal and external relationships using effective verbal and written communication skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to work independently without regular direct supervision
This permanent position will be based in Dublin 24 and will offer a salary in the region of €35,000 - €40,000 depending on experience.
