Job Title: Part Time Account Specialist (Onsite)

Location: Swords
Hours: 8am to 3pm Sat & Sun & 3 hours on Monday
Salary: €14,000 (OTE circa €17,000)

About the Role: Join our innovative team as an Onsite Account Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in developing and administering comprehensive services designed to ensure the optimum efficiency and effectiveness of client contracts. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the profitability and operational excellence of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, organisational culture, and specific role requirements.
  • Source and recruit candidates across various levels, ensuring alignment with client culture and specifications.
  • Implement and coordinate effective recruitment strategies to meet and exceed client expectations and KPIs.
  • Conduct interviews and skills assessments tailored to specific client needs.
  • Manage client relationships, delivering innovative service solutions and continuous improvements.
  • Provide detailed reports and management information as per client SLA.
  • Ensure all operations comply with legal, ethical, and company standards.


  • Experienced in account management or recruitment (minimum 6 months preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A track record of stability in previous employment.
  • Robust administrative and IT skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure with resilience.
  • Junior Certificate English and Maths at Grades A-C or equivalent.
  • Full clean driving license.


  • Experience in managing disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Qualification in Business Administration (Level 3 or equivalent).
