OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/ TRAVEL COORDINATOR | CORPORATE | DUBLIN 2 | PERMANENT

I am working with a wonderful client based in Dublin 2 to find their next new permanent team member. The team are searching for an Office Administrator/Travel Coordinator who ideally has previous experience working in a Personal Assistant role for a corporate executive team. THE ROLE |

The new team member will report to the Head of Department and work alongside the admin team within the business. This role has a mixture of admin duties including administrative support, building management, Front of House support as well as responsibility for global travel coordination for senior executives. Based on business requirements, this position is a fully office-based role in Dublin 2.

RESPONSIBILITIES|

  • Responsibility for coordinating global travel including maintaining membership accounts and related processes and documents.
  • Providing direct day-to-day administrative support to senior executives including expense management and diary management
  • Supporting front of house office operations including greeting clients and service providers, organising meetings and phone coverage when required
  • Managing ad hoc tasks and supporting additional admin duties for the business when needed

REQUIREMENTS |

  • 2 years administration experience in a PA / office administrator role
  • Previous experience in a Travel Coordinator role or booking and coordinating global travel for a team of senior executives would also be ideal
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to work in the office full time based on business requirements
