Job Overview

Our client is seeking compassionate Nightshift Care Assistants.

Type of Care

Nursing care, residential care, dementia care, respite care, and palliative/end-of-life care. As a nursing home, it offers 24-hour medical support and personal care services to residents with different levels of care needs, including those with complex medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered care to residents.
• Support activities that enrich residents' lives.
• Maintain accurate care records.
• Assist nursing staff with compliance and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to provide high-quality care.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Work well under pressure and independently.
• Good command of English and eligible to work in the UK.
